I have been a member to Lifetime Fitness – Cinco Ranch for several years now. I love the gym and yes it’s pricey, but you get what you pay for (and you get a lot)! I was one of those women that only did cardio, so I went to the treadmills and step climbers. I admit I was intimidated by the machines and free weights. I was not seeing the results I wanted, so I sucked it up and went to the personal trainer’s desk. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Erik Anderson has been my trainer four months now and I have not regretted it! I picked him, because he is not a twenty-something like so many of them. Not that they are not good too, but I liked that someone closer to my forty- something age understood my aches and pains plus my medical conditions better and had been there too! He’s kind and understanding and very flexible with when I could come in to workout. I’ve told all my friends about him and he was willing to start a small group class for us to work out together! I’m not scared of the machines and free weights anymore and have more energy and stronger than I have ever been! So go in and ask for Erik! He’s a great personal trainer!! Worth every penny for the gym and a trainer!
I have only been a member for about 6 months, but what I like the most is the time of day I go to workout it's not so crowded, there's never a long wait for the equipment, the staff is friendly and helpful with any questions I have. The equipment gets wiped down frequently also, which is really nice.
The Curves on Ave D in Katy, TX is welcoming, and the coach is ready to help any woman who wants to enjoy greater fitness through weight loss and/or exercise. I feel and look better 60 days into the program and am going to stick with it!
