7/2/12 - Follow up to my review. The braider that was to braid my hair called and sincerely apologized for the confusion. I grealy appreciate that and will try again. 6/29/12 - I've used them before and they did a good job on my braids. Recently I went in and explained the style I wanted to one of the braiders; cornrow tree braids. I'm rather particular about my hair so we spent a few minutes talking about the style and made the appointment. The day of, I called to let them know I was running 10 minutes behind. Another braider came to the phone and told me that only one of their braiders know how to do cornrow tree braids and she wasn't there. I questioned her further wanting to hear how they were going to handle the problem. I got nothing. Apparently they aren't hurting for customers because they seemed to care less about my business so I won't be returning. Keysi's, I don't care how good you are at what you do...Customer Service is number one in client retention.
