One star is too much. Stay clear from this company!

Horrible customer service, their incompetent, and never call back. Not sure how they are still in business?

Last year, we had a house fire, and sadly our builder went with Akua.

His people installed a completely new split air sytem in 4 rooms. After moving back into our home, we found out the AC systems were icing up and blowing hot air. He would send ac tech over for a couple hours, then send them away to other jobs.

His people asked to use my ladder, lights, and fans, when going up into the attic, why, who does that?

Kept changing his story daily, about what was wrong.

After about a month, I told my builder I might take this guy to court, then Honolulu Air was sent over, informed me Akua had reversed wiring, they diagnosed it in 1o min.

3 weeks later the bedroom AC unit started leaking water into the center hallway.

These people are incompetent, and totally disrespectful to customers, after he got paid very well from my house insurance, for his work. Run from these guys!

This Is the Worst company ever to deal!
I had to deal in the past with them and the repair wasn't done well.
Very low quality job.
The owner CALBERT BAITLON IS A TOTAL SCAM . Never returned my calls , never even wanted to fix it as promised.

I WOULD NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO DEAL WITH THIS PEOPLE.
THEY WILL TAKE YOU MONEY BUT WILL NOT FIX AS PROMISE.
if there would be zero i would use zero star for them.
