Victory Outreach Kansas City is an international, church-oriented Christian ministry called to the task of evangelizing and disciplining the hurting people of the world, with the message of hope and plan of Jesus Christ.Our church is strategically located in the inner city and we have multiple recovery homes around the city. In addition to our mission on reaching the lost and hurting, we have a responsibility and emphasis on reaching the youth of the Kansas City Metro area.
