My order was not delived on the day promised. I did not receive a phone call or any notification that the delivery would not be made as indicated when I placed the order.No compensation offered when I brought the error to the florist's attention. I wanted to do business with a local business. I do not know how this florist received a 4 star rating. I was very disappointed.
