From my excellent car buying experience 5 years ago to the outstanding customer service I have received from the service department over those 5 years..I would give them 10 stars if I could!! I have never found a more trustworthy, sincere group of people anywhere. Barry, Lyle, and Dustin have always treated me with the upmost respect and kindness. I will be a customer for life!!!

The folks at Randy Reed are wonderful. As we were coming home from the airport we had car trouble and had to have service done on one of our vehicles. It could have been bad. We had a young baby with us and we had far to go. If we were anywhere else, they would have looked at us as easy money. But they didn't. They took care of us like you'd hope someone would take care of your family.



They took us right away; they drove my husband to get our vehicle, stranded on the hwy; they drove to get the parts for us right away, as the ones needed weren't in stock; they stayed late to finish, even after they were done for the day; they even washed our car. And, they were kind to our son. They said they would take care of us and they did.
