This Clinic is run by a bunch of thieves. A quote over the phone for boarding turns from a simple 50 dollar 2 night stay into a 100 dollar barrage of shots and boosters. The problem they fail to see (after speaking with Dr Larry who didn't seem to care) is that when you get a quote, someone should stick to the quote. A simple brush up on customer service skills would do them a lot of good. I'll never go back there again after their shady practices. My first visit turned into a 250 dollar bill that I couldn't avoid as I was literally packed and ready to go out of town on business. They sure know how to put you in a position and get more money out of you. Beware of their business practices.

I recently adopted a 1 year old dog that is a breed known for getting ear infections. I noticed that one of her ears was bright red, so I called Kendallwood and made an appt. for the next day. I arrived at the clinic and was helped immediately by a more-than-friendly staff. The vet and her staff took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and how I could prevent it from reoccurring, as well as answer all of the other questions and concerns that I had. I will continue to take my dog to this clinic for any and all goods and services that I may need.

Vet sold me some Hairball medicine. She tried to give it to my cat while we were in the office. Cat wanted to have nothing to do with it. She sold it to me anyway and told me if she didn't like it to bring it back. Got home and tried to give it to my cat several times-still would not have anything to do with it. Took it back to the vet & she denied telling me that I could bring it back and refused to refund my $10.00. I now have a tube of Laxatone that costs me $10 and I am out $10.00 !!!!!! If they state that you can return it-get it in writing---they seem to have a short memory.....better yet take your animal elsewhere, I know I will !!!!!!
