BEWARE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!! After we moved out we spent 8-10 hours straight cleaning the apartment just to make sure we got our deposit back. We even had the carpet professionally cleaned. We used q-tips to clean the vents, we were on our hands and knees cleaning the floors and baseboards. We cleaned the woodwork around the doors as well as both sides to the doors, we cleaned the blinds one strip at a time. We cleaned the widows and seals. We were on ladders cleaning high up places like the ceiling fans, above the fireplace, on top of the refrigerator. We took the fireplace stuff out and cleaned the fireplace. There was not one single place we did not clean. The apartment wasn't even this clean when we moved in.
They kept almost $300 of my deposit saying things like the carpet smelled and the blinds were bent. The blinds and carpet could not have been any cleaner if it was new!!! They kept $50 for water even though I was not in the apartment for the month they charged me.
They refused to move the bench in the dog park after our dog got out using the bench and was hit by a car. Which left me with thousands of dollars in vet bills. It was a hit & run. If they are so pet friendly they would have gladly moved the bench away from the fence.
A friend of mine gave my name as a referral, yet they refused to give me the $200 referral reward.
When I asked for their corporate office phone number they told me they would not give it to me.
