        Since 1979 I took my auto's to this station for any mechanical service & service was always top notch with very good prices! However after a major screw up by two mechanics I said I would never go there again. Two weeks ago I learned BP had fired the two screw up & hired a new guy. I needed a minor part replaced (I had the part), so I stopped by and asked the new guy, Chris if he would install it for me, he did. Then the clutch on my A/C locked up and broke the belt. I called several shops for prices to replace the A/C compressor, clutch & belt. No shop came close to what Chris quoted, so I rolled the dice & let Chris do the work. He charged me $442 when other shops wanted upward of $1100. Chris did a EXCELLENT JOB! He won my patronage back today!! It's nice to have a mechanic that doesn't work stoned like the 2 that were fired. I highly recommend Chris!!

        You towed my car today.

        My car was parked in your side lot for less than 10 MINUTES and you had it TOWED! 10 MINUTES. I parked it in your side parking area so I could run across the street to deliver a proposal. I parked it there so when I was done I could GET GAS. I came out about 20-22 minutes later and my car was gone. I looked around and saw a tow truck driver and he said it was towed. He called his lot and it was already there. It was 42 blocks away. From 4004 Broadway to 8200 Wornall. It wasn't parked for 10 miutes and you add it towed.

        Everyone one I know will hear about this. This is an absolute embarrasement to your company.

        This cost me $150. You had me towed when the car was there for less that 10 minutes. Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

        I have 3 witness's to this time frame.
