He teaching we are more than what we have done. God has revealed to him the nature of potential, not many men are able to bare the burden to teach others what he has learned. There is a wealth of potential in all of us. He shows us the vast store of wealth God has placed in us. Dr. Marshall has a purpose to help us understand that potential and get it out. We have to decide if we are going to rob the world or bless it with rich, valuable, potent, untapped resources locked away within us. God is always looking for what is not yet visible.he expects to find inside each person and thing He created more than is evident on the outside. We are often satisfied with what we have. If not satisfied ,we often think it is nothing better. So we tend to settle for what we have. That is the tragedy of life. Our thoughts, ideas, and possiblities are not used. We fail to realize the vast potiential that is stored within us. We are like batteries in a radio that is never played. We waste time. God says do not die with my things. 1 Timothy 4:14. Do not neglect your gifts, which was given you through a prophetic message when the body of elders laid their hands on you. What would the world have lost if you had not been born? What will the world lack because you fail to live out your potential? Will you carry songs, books, inventions, cures,or discoveries to your grave? Our teens are commiting suicide. I wonder who they were suppose to be and what they were suppose to do that we wil never know. Have we lost some great leaders?
I'm the pastor of this church. We have purchased another building and are planning to relocate in the near future. Included in the package is the church building, the house next door, a garage sized shed, and a lot that is roughly one acre in size.. The buildings are in excellent condition. For example, the church building has a Timberline roof, Pella windows, a newly installed kitchen in the newly remodeled basement, etc., etc., etc. No real renovations needed. The padded auditorium pews will seat just under 200 people. Are you looking to relocate too? If you have priced other church properties, you will find that we have set a price point that is intended to mover our present facility--no haggling, no lease, no owner financing, just an outright sale. Small inner-city congregation, found less than fifty members on initial visit. Family oriented church, exudes warmth. Welcoming atmosphere. Clean church premises. Church has members from all age groups - Senior citizens, a few middle-aged adults, several young adults 21- 35 years, six or seven teens, and a handful of children make up the congregation. Plain preaching. Small choir, but inspirational singing. Semi-active youth group.
Jokingly referred to as St. Therese-South because there are so many members geographically out of bounds but spiritually and emotionally drawn to the St. Patrick's community. The congregation imprints the personality more than the parish priest. This is as good as it gets. Real people with real foibles who really love one another in a very midwestern way. Anyone there will smile and greet you and if you want more, it is there for you.
Spirit of Hope is a fun place to worship. It is diverse, it is accepting and you can receive a rich word there. It is nice to enjoy praise and worship, prayer and the word and not be in church for 4 hours. My church also has a children's church where the kids are able to receive the word on their level. Lookng for a place to worship with lots of love? Look no further. Join my family and I on Sunday mornings for worship.
My fiancé and I first discovered this thrift store last year walking down troost and of course I could spend all day some where if it meant I was saving money on something this lady has awesome prices doesn't try to get new cost prices for used stuff. She has very nice stuff very much worth while and I feel beautiful with a new wardrobe every time and still have money left in my pocket!!!!!!!
At Starlight Everyone Is Just Like Family. I have attended this church since 1984, I officially became a member in 1998. We are a small congregation with a BIG heart . Pastor Scott F. Thomas is the Senior Pastor, if you want to learn about discipleship, fellowship, and true bible teaching Starlight Missionary Baptist Church is where you want to be.
This is the place to get the entire family's clothes. Great deals on kids and adult clothes. They have the biggest furniture selection I have ever seen. Prices are low - like you would expect a thrift store to be. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
As a formal employee, who had worked 2009-2013, and also a once in a blue customer....this store always has and always will be welcoming by staff, great prices & deals, but also you will find something new every time you walk in the door.
This is the best thrift store in Kansas City area. Prices are good and less than other thrift stores. It clean and the staff are very polite and caring people. It's always my first thought when I get the thrift store bug.
