        Bogus charge thieves don't stay

        Stayed one night rooms were clean but left and a week later received a 250 dollar charge for smoking in a room which I most certainly did not smoke. Stay in hotels all the and am awAre of the policy and abide by it always but somehow they felt justified in stealing my money.
