The Ridges Apartments

I lived at The Ridges Apartments and I did not have a good experience. It used to be a really bad place to live, alot of drugs and I had heard things had gotten better because of a management switch. I moved in under the new management and then moved out under yet another management switch. Its not that the women in the office weren't nice its just that they have trouble enforcing rules and apparently have become laxed and will rent to anyone who walks in the door.



Now there is alot of noise and numerous people residing in alot of the apartments. People getting drunk and bringing it out to the streets disturbing others. Management does not seem to know what to do in these incidences. I also think they choose where they will place people as this does not seem to be an issue on the road where the office is.



In addition maintenance had also gone down hill with the management switch. Things either do not get done or it takes numerous times to get it taken care of properly. Plus they live on site and are part of the drunkedness issue.



I have also heard that the office staff does not treat everyone the same, works with some who are late paying their rent while evicting others who are not close with them.



It is just an unprofessional run place. I for one got tired of all the drama and choose to leave after my lease expired.
