We were thoroughly unimpressed with the proprietor of this company. We requested a proposal for signs that were in need of repair for our business. We provided the proprietor with the exact information we wanted on the signs. He provided our maintenance tech with a sketch of the signs. The sketch did not include a proposal nor was our business information spelled correctly. Our Manager attempted to give the proprietor the correct information for the signs, even going as far as spelling the name of the business 4 times to the individual. Later our Manager received a rude email from the proprietor, attacking our company's communication practices. The Manager responded to his email and later receive yet another vicious email attacking the Manager's character and mention that we could "keep our pennies. He also added that he to the liberty of calling a few local sign companies to warn them about her. I'm not sure if this individual is battling with an undiagnosed Mental Health illness or some type of personality disorder, but I would advise anyone seeking to do business with this individual to approach with caution.
