Great technician...worked quickly and fixed problem...Very courteous.  I received EXCELLENT SERVICE BY A CORDIAL REPAIRMAN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

Been there twice now for two different repairs’ will be using Loren's for any other car I have issues with since they did such a good job on this one thank you will be coming beck whenever I need to.

My vehicle has been in there for over a month just for a new wiring harness! Lorens keeps giving me a date on when it will get finished and they keep changing the date. I'm sick of hitching rides and hope to get my truck back someday. Don't ever take your vehicle to them.

Loren's provided great customer service and their repair was exactly as promised. Appreciated the loaner car and quick turn around on our repair. Thanks to John for doing a great job on the repair and to Rick for excellent customer service.

Service was great Mark and the crew took very good care of our vehicle and had it done quicker than expected. Would really like to say thanks to Mark especially for his excellent communication with me keeping me up to date on the way the job was going.

The employees at Loren's are always friendly, fast, and honest. And I love getting a clean car when they are finished!

I LOVE THESE GUYS!!!! They saved me a ton of money ! I had taken my vehicle to a different shop in town and was told I needed a $3500 transmission replacement. The car was less than 5 years old and only has 30k miles on it. I decided to get a 2nd opinion from Loren's and long story short... I didn't need a transmission, only a seal replacement and fluid flush. A few hundred bucks and two years later, I have not had a single issue with my transmission. These guys earned my business!

Everything went according to schedule and everyone was professional and courteous just the way people should be when dealing with customers. Thank you I will be coming back hopefully not soon.

They did a very thorough inspection and even replaced a missing bolt for me free of charge. They are a bit expensive, but they do high quality work.

As a woman, I feel that I can trust the people at Loren's Auto. They have always been upfront with me, don't ever pressure to sell me things and they have the cleanest waiting room and bathrooms I have ever seen at a repair shop. These rate high in my book!
