My Dad recently passed and my Dads wife chose this funeral home. When I walked in I was amazed at how it looked like 1970 and smelled liked 1970. I did a quick run by to receive an obituary template and had an informal meeting and was told I would received a call the next day to schedule the offical meeting. I never received the call the next day. So eventually we have a scheduled meeting. We did a slide show and had all the pictures laid out in specific envelopes with certain songs. Well the video did not turn out how I wanted it and when i asked for them to make the simple modification they told me "no program in the world can do that".... Wrong....(they could have shorten one song 10 sec to make it right) The Day of the memorial when I showed up they asked if we had the last song that was to be played as we were to be dismissed, No! I didnt I was told that would be provided by the funeral home. They did not have it and when I asked what they were going to do I was rudly told" We are looking to see if we can find it now" they never did...Not to mention how rude and unprofessional the staff were when my sister who lives out of town, picked her mini urn out and was told she needed cash to leave with it.... (This was one of the things also talked about in our meeting that all the kids would get one) so my sister, after just experiencing her farthers memorial is running out to her car scrambling with tears in her eyes to have enough cash for this urn. I was shocked and of course I had to tell them that was included and they said, "we"ll need need to ask My Dads wife"... fine. Just what you want to deal with the day of our Dads Memorial. So we eventually got the urns without cash.... Never will recommend Buffalo Funeral Home, they dropped the ball and never even apologized.
