C & M Catering

If I could give zero stars I would. They ruined the wedding reception dinner by not bringing food that I had paid for such as cheese/fruit platters, and cheese stuffed chicken (a major entrée), and they only brought 1 small decanter of tea to feed over 100 people. They also forgot to bring cork removers for the champagne/sparkling wine and had to leave to purchase one. They were late showing up - they showed up AS the service was concluded so people had to stand around and wait for them to set up. Food was cold and not brought up to room temp. for service. I called the owner and she was very rude, refused phone calls and never got back with me. I had to call PNC and dispute the charges on my credit card because I had paid for services such as food that they didn't bring. The owner still argued with PNC until I threatened court action - then she settled. Not a good company to work with and I will never refer them let alone use them again. If I could give zero starts - I would.

I have been using C & M catering for years for both professional and personal events. They have a wide variety of menu items catering to everyones individual needs. (I have had some very 'specialized' lunches for vegan and persons with food allergies and Carol has always come thru for me) They are professional, reasonalby prices and the food is wonderful. I must recomend the Artichoke/Parm Dip and the Asiago Cheese Puffs. They are the best!

I have used C&M Catering for many events for the KSO. They are professional, reasonably priced, and the food is delicious! The stuffed mushrooms and the enchilada dip are among our favorites, and the smoked salmon is amazing. I am always proud to use them for guest artist meals too, and our artists constantly rave about how it's the best meal they have had while on the road. I use C&M regularly, and will continue to do so.
