My family and friends have been going here for years. They will be honest with you if it's something that you can fix yourself. I myself have been told three or four times that it was an easy fix I could do on my own! Even explained how to do so. When they have had to fix things on my vehicles they do it RIGHT and very quick. They were fair priced every time. You can't go wrong taking your vehicle here. These old timers are the best and I won't take my vehicles anywhere else. It used to be VERY scary when I needed repairs done BEFORE I was told about Furr's. Now I have no worries about being taken advantage of by mechanics. Just give them a try when you need help. Go get a quote from them and then shop around for better prices. Probably won't find any because most of them will tell you something else is wrong besides the "original problem". I couldn't believe that I'm the first person to write a review. But then again I would come to the conclusion that most of their loyal customers probably don't use the internet. My grandfather was who told me all about Furr's. It's just a small building and not really advertised. I'm starting this word of mouth for them because I feel it's the least I can do. Saved my family and friends lots of time, money, and needless worry over the years. I'll always be a loyal customer and tell other people about Furr's. You will too I'm positive.
It does not get better than this. The service writer (Jeff) is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He personifies "personal service." Davie, the Volvo master mechanic, is unrivaled. In the decade he has worked on our cars (actually even longer than that) he's always managed to diagnose the problem correctly on the first visit and fix it! Our only experiences with having to bring our cars back more than once were in situations where the dealership had to order a part. Then we got the same great service when it arrived. When Jeff is not there, the other service writers make sure we get what we need. Auto service is not inexpensive. But we have always felt that we were treated fairly and got good value for our money. Before we found Maple Hill, we used 3 other dealerships and left each one for either poor service (many return trips for the same problem), price gouging or dishonesty.
Everybody at Seeyle Ford is amazing!!!! Eric spoke with us right away and was extremely helpful with explaining the process of how everything works and made us feel comfortable and confident in choosing Seeyle to put us in the car to fit our needs. Stan was whom we spoke with regarding financing and he did everything so quickly and made the process feel effortless and just really explained thoroughly what we needed to do and was just so helpful. Taylan is a rock star he was always there to help with any questions we had he even said if we needed we could contact him as late as 9 pm. This team of guys worked hard and really got us everything we wanted and needed: I am so grateful for them and my experience with Seeyle Ford!!!
