Verizon Wireless

Went to do my nails and he took almost 2hrs! ALL of my nails are different sizes lengths and lopsided! THEY SUCKED!!

My fiancee & I had an issue with our LG Versa touchscreen so we took it to the Verizon at Lanihau Shopping Center for assistance. We were told (and I'm not making this up) by a rep in the store that the phone wasnt designed to be held up to one's face when speaking/using the phone as a little sweat got into the screen/face plate & caused it to stop working AND we NOW needed to buy WATERPROOF PHONES!!. The same cell phone that my soon-to-be husband used for 2 minutes after landing in Kona to let relative's in the mainland know he had landed safely, then hooked up to its battery charger, placed on a chair cushion for the remainder of the evening. When he awoke the next morning & unplugged the charger, he saw the issue on the touchscreen as he was now unable to dial out or anything. Needless to say to make a long story short, the longer we were in that Verizon location the WORSE things got. After two (2) hours (yes, TWO hours) we left with no phone or patience.



We suggest going to the Verizon at the Kona Common's location instead. Thankfully they have no affiliation with the Lanihau location and have a VERY professional and courteous staff. A staff who also understand most people hold a cell phone up to their ear/face when speaking into it......

Ewwww... Trying to find something nice to say about this place...Well, the manicure was OK, but everything else was not acceptable. My manicurist did not change the towel at his station between clients and they do NOT sterlize their implements. There were gross skin shavings and nail clippings all around. I should have walked out but the person I was with wanted to stay for her pedicure... Next time I will trust my own judgement. Stay away. On top of it all the guy was hitting on me as he was massaging me. EWWWWWWWWW
