Orchid Isle Auto Center

After having a security light come on and my car not starting up right away I took my Ford in to get it fixed. First they changed out the keys with a few other parts and gave it back. That didn't work, then they changed out another part, that didn't work.. then another then another. well 1,000 dollars later and weeks of my life without a car I was told by Jack the service manager that my best bet would be to sell my 2008 ford escape that I bought brand new. He also said things like "well what do you want, me to just give you back the money on parts and labor that didn't fix the problem? that's not happening." and "you're lucky it's ran for this long.so now I'm left with a car that leaves me stranded most places I go and no solution from our local ford. Great job Jack at Orchid Isle for months of tears. Please save yourself heartache and drive to the service department in Hilo.
