Very expensive. Hidden fees and violence. No security in sight on my first night. Having to hear two drunk young men swearing at each other and threatening each other at 1 in the morning off of the second floor balcony and someone throwing things at stray cat and people scuffling around outside. I am almost too scared to sleep thinking that some drunk kid is going to break in to my apartment since they have no problem glaring at me through the window. Where is the security? I would expect this at a homeless shelter or prison, but this place is not cheap. This is not a safe place to live. I am disappointed that the university has anything to do with this ghetto
