Beware of the Elise stores, they ripped me off! I took a big box of clothes down to the Kihei store and the buyer told me to come back in 20 minutes. I came back in 20 minutes and she then told me to come back in 1 hour. They were about to close for the day, so I decided to just pick up my clothes early the next morning. However, I get to the store the VERY NEXT MORNING, introduce myself, and say that I am here to pick my clothes up. The very rude, inconsiderate, sassy and snobby salesgirl proceeds to tell me that I was to receive STORE CREDIT (when I checked off for CASH) for the clothes they wanted, and that since I had not come back by 4pm to pick up the rest of my clothes that they weren't going to buy, that they had DONATED IT. And by DONATE I mean KEEP TO SELL WITHOUT GIVING ME PROPER COMPENSATION FOR IT. In addition, my clothes were good quality, name brand clothing in good condition. I would have gladly kept the clothes they did not want to buy, but instead they kept if for free and gave me no money for my clothes. They had not mentioned any of the buying policies and regulations to me when I sold them my clothes. They had given me no word that if I didn't return to pick up my unwanted clothes by 4pm that they would donate it. I could no longer do anything about it the next day because I was leaving for college. Elise clothing company would definitely receive 0 stars from me, if possible. The rude salesgirl/buyer then gave me a slip of paper with my store credit with a very rude and irritated attitude. I walked out of the store with very angry and frustrated tears. I have concluded that Elise rips teenage girls off. Do not ever shop there. They are an untrustworthy, dishonest, and unreliable business.
