General Info
Dr. Meier was born and raised in central Ohio. He completed his undergraduate education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and then attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1993. He continued his dental training as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, completing an Advanced General Dentistry Residency at David Grant Medical Center at Travis Air Force Base in CA.
Following his three years of practicing general dentistry as a Captain in the United States Air Force, Dr. Meier chose a career as an orthodontist and completed a two year Specialty Orthodontic Training Program at the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.
Dr. Meier is recognized as being among the top 1% of Invisalign® practitioners in North America and is the first Invisalign Elite Provider and Invisalign Teen Provider in our area. This revolutionary orthodontic treatment system allows eligible teens and adults to continue their daily lives with a minimum of interruption or discomfort due to traditional orthodontics. The Invisalign system is an alternative to traditional braces and uses a custom-designed series of clear, comfortable aligners or trays to gradually straighten teeth.
Dr. Meier also works closely with a range of dental professionals.He gives frequent lectures to local dentists on current orthodontic treatments and hosts study clubs for local dentists to present topics and discuss difficult cases.
Dr. Meier is proud to be a part of this amazing community. He and his team feel fortunate to live in such a beautiful area and strive to support the people and organizations that make the northern palm beaches our own little paradise. Dr. Meier not only contributes to our local schools by providing supplies like homework folders and agendas, but also works closely with the local schools and teachers. He is frequently invited to speak with classes regarding topics on oral hygiene, nutrition, science and math, and how he uses these subjects every day in his job. He offers internships each year to high school and college students interested in the dental field, providing the opportunity for them to learn valuable life skills and develop a good work ethic.
Dr. Meier enjoys giving back to the community, and in particular, is an avid supporter of the local recreational leagues, the Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association (PBGYAA) and the Jupiter Tequesta Athletic Association (JTAA). You will frequently see festivals thrown by Dr. Meier and his staff at various youth recreational league sporting events. By focusing his sponsorship in these areas, Dr. Meier believes he is able to provide significant benefit to each and touch the lives of many children in our community at some point in their childhood.
Dr. Meier is the past president of the Northern Palm Beach County Dental Society and an active member of the Southern Assoc of Orthodontists.

Meier orthodontics is the greatest place to get your teeth straightened and has a really good atmosphere. The pictures of people surfing on the walls and the beachy feel just makes this place amazing. The staff are really nice and very funny. This is a really great place to go and I would recommend it to anyone. It doesn't even feel like your in an orthodonticts office it's awesome. Plus my teeth arer getting straighter. This is a really cool place!

If atmosphere alone could straighten your teeth this place could do it. Waiting at the dentist has never been so easy, from having a video game room for kids, internet access for teen and TV and Gossip mags for the adults like myself. The open air practice area offers flat screen tv's above your view so you arent just staring off into space or looking into the bright light. Plus the surf / ocean decor really makes you feel like you are at a hip palm beach hot spot rather than in a dental chair. All of this investment in patient comfort and I cant say I have ever had to spend more than 30 minutes in the office/visit in the last 2 years. On top of all this the staff is always cheerful and everyone is always willing to help check you in or out. By far the best orthodontics office in the area for children and adults.

As an adult going into Orthodontics is intimidating. However, just walking thru the front door here put me at ease. The office has such a warm atmosphere from the beautiful decor to the smiling, welcoming staff. Dr Meier is a knowledgable and professional doctor. I've been to more than the normal amount of dentists a normal patient will go to, but Dr. Meier's orthodontics is by far the most efficient and knowledgeable office I've ever been to.

Great Office
After seeing Dr. Meier's name all over JTAA and the schools my kids attended, I thought, "if this man contributes to the community this much, we might as well meet him." Glad we did!
The kids loved him. He's fun and professional. Nice guy! Now we have 2 kids in braces. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Results with my 1st child was great. Visits were always on time. Staff is great too.
Highly recommend him. You won't be sorry!

Professional! Quality!
I am an adult patient of Dr. Meier. I have had braces 2x in my childhood. My dad is a dentist and I've had numerous consults througout my adult life searching for answers to fix my open bite. Dr. Meier was the first to give me multiple options with the pros and cons of each. He was honest and didn't promise miracles. I took a chance and I only wish I could show you before and after photos because I think that is the only way you could truly believe this review. My bite is closed...without surgery and my teeth look beautiful. It changed my smile entirely. He is a brilliant orthodontist who took the time to answer any questions at any time. Now my son has the same issues and I would drive and hour just for Dr. Meier to treat him.
We've all been there...gone to the doctor to be greeted (if that's what you call it) buy some person who barely looks at you on the other side of the desk, only to wait an hour in the waiting room before your name is called back and then another 30 minutes for the doctor once I'm back. It's almost become accepted, the norm. My wait time has been 5 minutes max at Dr. Meier's office. In fact, even when I'm 15 minutes early, my wait time is still only 5 minutes. I can think of one occasion when I walked in that they told me many emergencies walked in and they may be running behind.... that is when I waited 5 whole minutes!
Lastly, the staff... WOW! They greet me by name. They say goodbye to me by name. They know my NAME! Novel concept in a time where "getting personal" with one another seems extinct. I was never pushed into treatment and I wasn't a $ sign to them. In fact, they encouraged me to seek other consultations. Who does that?... I know, people that are confident and believe in themselves and their product! They didn't harrass me for months as I searched. In fact, they told me they would let me call them after my other consults to discuss any questions I may still have. They're professional yet fun!
Go to Dr. Meier... you won't regret it! -
Don't wanna pay for Disney World
For all my searching... I keep hearing about decor' and not talent. We need experience and professionalism, not just a beautiful office. It is amazing, I must say! But that's not what we need.
