  Unsatisfactory response when something went wrong

  I paid Mike Hatch to install a hitch, brake controller, and wiring. His mechanic did a good job on the installation, but only did part of the wiring. While on a trip I had to have another mechanic finish the job. Mike would only refund a tiny portion of his original bill, but in my eyes, Mike's slip-up caused me damages in the full amount of the other mechanic's bill, which was for a couple shop hours and a couple parts. I was unsatisfied with the way Mike handled the situation.
