        Dr. Riederer has been my dentist for several years now. His clinical staff are well educated and very professional. Unfortunately, the office staff he chooses to employee are rude, forgetful, inconsiderate, and very condescending. The Office manager is a real piece of work. After having been told that I would receive a call back from her, I had to call them four days straight. When I finally get in touch with this lady, she begins to tell me how she had tom take care of her sick child and that's why nobody could call me back. Didn't mention anything about other staff calling me back to let me know she wasn't going to. The when I asked why I was told (on the fourth day) she would call me promptly in the morning, she explained to me how she doesn't have time to call patients back until her lunch break and then in a condescending fashion, informs me that her break was in 20 minutes. Long story short, if you need a great dentist, but could care less how the incompetent office staff treat you, Dr. Riederer's business is for you!!!
