Rite-A-Way Auto Service

Just passing through and decided to get an oil change. I looked at a few other places in town and this was most appealing from the outside. I walked in and they made it happen "Rite-A-Way".
Professional and friendly atmosphere. Enjoyed a cup of coffee and talked shop as I waited.
Synthetic only is used for an oil change but not only is it better for your car but it last twice as long.
I would highly recommend this auto service.

While I did not get my car repaired here, Raymond was very patient and kind in dealing with my situation. I would highly recommend them.

I was stranded from out of state, and on the weekend, of course! The people from Rite-A-way got us towed and were looking for parts right away. I thought the price was great, they finished when they said they would, and the service was excellent. I give it 5 stars because I don't remember when I have had such service at an auto mechanics shop.

these guys were awesome, they did the job quickly, effectively and most importantly, didnt charge an arm and a leg. they went out of their way to make everything as quick and simple as possible and did a great job!

On the day after Thanksgiving me and my wife were driving east bound on I 10 when our truck decided to stop right on a little picnic area and it wouldn't start. nervous in the middle of no were we got our phone and started searching for the nearest auto service everything was close but we found one place call Rite-A-Way Auto after speaking with the mechanic name Raymond he asure me not to worry that he was on his way 5 minutes later he was not only did he toll my truck to the shop and was able to diagnose and found the fuel pump not working he was able to call a few places found the pump and send his Secretary to pick the fuel pump 50 miles away fix my truck the same day thats what I call excellent customer service and a happy satisfied Customer and the price was fair and honest Thank you Rite-A-Way Auto for a job well done!!!!!!

Be very leery of this business, especially if you are from out of town. My car over heated on I-10 and we made our way to Rite-A-Way. The told me my heads were warped just by looking at my car. Tore my engine down, took the heads a town away, put my engine back together and it still over heated. We go through it again, they tear it down again, 8 days later they still have my car and it is still over heating so they tell me I need a new engine for $3,500.00. I tell them no and have it towed to Phoenix, AZ. Mechanic here tells me they put the thermostat in wrong. Cost $250.00. And did I forget to mention the 600.00 tow and $4,000.00 in hotel bills and food and plane tickets for my parents to Ocala and me to AZ. I trusted these people and they tried to take me for a ride. This was supposed to be a trip across country for my parents to the Grand Canyon. I understand things happen but this was ridiculous!

It's always nice when things go smoothly in a business transaction but you can't be sure what kind of person you are dealing with until trouble arises. This is true for both the business owner and the customer. It's through our reaction to trouble and how we go about trying to resolve the situation that we get to glimpse each other's true character. Rite A Way Auto was highly recommended to us for getting our car repaired.



During the course of the work, some unfortunate issues-- beyond the control of either party-- arose which had the potential for lots of hard feelings. I was impressed with Raymond Newton's professionalism in this situaton and now I highly recomend Rite A Way to my friends.
