My girlfriend and I went to this cute little winery with high expectations. When we got out of our car this gentleman (it turns out he is the owner) grabs my girlfriend's hand and demands we close our eyes and follow him into the tasting room. Turns out the owner actually was pretty drunk and was a bit over the top. (Ok, both of us are in our late 40's). My girlfriend feels she was somewhat accosted. The owner should stay in his house.



The tasting fees are very expensive (I think a rip off). $ 10.00 each will give you a sip of their 3 red wines and $ 20.00 each will give you a sip of the 3 red and 4 whites. The wines are only average! The wine pourer suggested we could pay an additional $ 20 and each get a full glass pour. Yikes I'm into this for $ 60.00!



Anyway, I walked away feeling pretty ripped off. This winery doesn't care about developing a local following for their average wine. They only care about soaking up as much of your money as possible as first time visitors. (nobody will go back there)
