Woody Havener is at the top of his class. My father used him 10 years ago and reccomended him. I wasn't dissapointed. He encouraged me to walk with him to get a first hand account of the home I'm looking to buy. He walked every corner of the grounds, climbed on the roof and crawled in the attic to build a complete profile of this house. His rates were more than reasonable and he is also a veteran.
