Mr. Alfred Houston, CEO ;
A few hours ago I had an unwarranted, non-diffusable, unprofessional and demeaning-to-the-point that I felt a being of insignificance and without support, unnecessary argument with one of the staff concerning a late arrival and request for a submission to guest dose at a neighboring clinic. The most surprising and scary aspect to this negative encounter was the rate at which the staff member had risen to a loud, affirmative argumentative state without notice, without cause and without means to alternative resolution making me think that the professionalism and support and the word "counsel" in the name of "counselor" had no submission of meaning. I could not recall the hours of operation and therefore made referral to the internet which clearly does not state dosing hours or a dosing schedule. The telephone answering machine does not make these hours known as well. I was not given any paperwork stating the hours of dosage or operation upon intake
I was clearly not treated with respect. The staff member could not contain a rage of yelling when I asked to kindly please submit a fax to guest dose at another facility, more than an hour before closing, complaining there was no one there to do it. She blamed me for not knowing the hours of operation and proceeded to call me a smart-ass for saying that the facility opened at 5:30 a.m. instead of 5:00 a.m., of which is what I understood: through the only means I could access; again, the phone message recording to Consecrated Care and their web-site.
Resolution? Perhaps there may never be one. The social barrier between the under-dog struggling addict and the straight life of upper & middle-class working society will always allow a shout of anger to control the dog to always be acceptable, to keep him bark-less and in line. Another day at the pound. Please allow another week to transfer before execution.
