Incomplete Job

We hired Robby Patterson to do the pluming in our house. Mr. Patterson never completed the job that he was hired for. We paid him more than a third for the work completed, but he never returned to complete the job he was hired to do. I have placed Mr. Patterson on Angie's List not to be hired for any job. I would lilke to also state Mr. Patterson tries to intimidate people when he is ready to be paid.
