Lexington Place Healthcare

This is such a wonderful nursing home. My grandfather is at the point in his life where he's no longer able to care for himself and he needs more care than we can offer him at home. Our situation was made worse by abusive family members who were (and are continuing to try to) exploit my grandfather's finances for their own personal means. We've been astounded by how helpful the staff have been with helping us monitor any potential risks to him in the terms of those family members, keeping my grandfather in a pleasant mood, and rehabilitating the damage that was done to him. They've guided us through the process of obtaining power of attorney. The administration and nurses in particular have been amazing to work with. Also, it's really nice to pop in and see the residents hanging around watching movies in a communal style and eating popcorn. My grandfather has never been known to be sociable (even in his youth) so it was amazing to see him making new friends!
