Title says it all. It took four months to get a debit card when I opened the account. I moved about six months ago, and it took four more months to get bank statements sent to the new address, even after asking about it three separate times. I recently applied for online banking, answered the questions, and was told I would be mailed (US Postal Service) a confirmation number/login info for online banking. A little over two weeks later I got my bank statement, no login info included. I asked at the local branch, and was told that my application had been held up at the central office, on account of not their not having my email address. (I had given my email address with the rest of my information.) The whole two weeks they held on to this application, no one bothered to call me or write me. It took my showing back up at the branch and specifically asking about it to find out. As soon as I decide on another bank, I'm closing my accounts with Heritage.
