We called several,several times,several weeks ahead of time to secure a reservation so we could attend our granddaughter's graduation,and visit family. All we ever got was a recording to leave a message,stating they would return the phone...no return phone call. Arrived in joliet for graduation and tried again for a room,and big surprise,still nobody to greet or book any guests, only a sign on the door stating they would return at 4:30. Needless to say our time there for graduation was mainly spent traveling back and forth to red lodge with very little time to be spent with our family..very disappointing..very poorly run establishment. Maybe they should sell out to someone that can manage a business effectively.
