Beware! Do not buy a puppy from here. Before the first year was up my puppy had to have surgery. We have had her for 19 months and she died yesterday from a hereditary disorder. Please, do not give this location or ANY Furry Babies any of your hard-earned money. It will cause a lot of heartache in the end. It's a shame I have to give it a minimum of 1 star, because you cannot give this horrible place negative stars.
If I could, I would give this no stars. I went into the store yesterday with a friend to just LOOK at the dogs. I commented to my friend ONLY, not standing near any of the employees, that I thought the dogs were cute, but it saddened me that they were bred to be sold.
When my friend asked to hold one of the dogs, an employee in a red Hello Kitty scrubs top very condescendingly said to my friend, "Oh, is it OKAY that you hold it, since your friend says our dogs are bred to be sold?" That's really rude. What if I was a secret shopper? Maybe your boss's relative? How would you know?
As I was leaving, she yelled in a belittling, sarcastic voice, "Aww, have a nice day!" I have never been treated so rudely in customer service and I am never going back. Why would I take your services after being treated like that?
I worked at a pet store for awhile, and we were told that if a customer wasn't educated on where the dogs came from or how they were treated, our job was to be polite and educate them. They're a CUSTOMER. Buying a dog is a big deal. If you're not rude, the customer shouldn't be. Provide useful information. I was treated like an idiot, and none of the other employees stopped her. This place is the absolute worst.
My yorkie-poo came home from here so sick, she refused to eat or drink. She spent her first 2 nights in the hospital hooked up to fluids & under constant vet supervision. Next, we tried to get her spayed before her 1st b-day- but she was no longer covered under furry babies 4-6 month spaying clause. She was barely 3 lbs at the time, hardly big enough or old enough to get spayed. They can keep my money, but hopefully I can save you from wasting yours here!
My friend bought a puppy here and it was very sick. Their Vet kept telling her it was fine but when she took it to her Vet he said it had kennel cough and pnuemonia. Cost her hundreds to save him. Then she found out they the breeder was an Amish Puppy Mill. She got the USDA report and was shocked at the horrible conditions the animals are kept in. Buyer beware!
This is the most expensive store we have ever been into. The people that work there are rude, and if your not buying from them they don't want to even talk to you. They offer financing on their pups but the rate is almost 100 %. They need to clean up their act.
