Toys R Us

As to the fact that Toys R Us will not let us write a review on their site unless approved; do not try to order items online. The company will not try to obtain an item or send it from a store, or allow in-store pick up if ordered. Their poor customer service is one reason they are going out of business.

Can't track an order; the site says 2 different things. Inferior to Amazon when you have to order. It needs to be avoided.
