J C Used Tires

Yesterday I called around in Johnson City,TN to find a used tire place that would be close to my fiance's job site so he could get a matching pair of 215-60-R15 tires for our Chevy Malibu that is a goldish, greyish color and is a 2004 and was wrecked on drivers side. The reason we had to get tires asap is bc we had a" donut" or spare tire on the back passenger side. We wanted a matching set bc we had two really nice Michelin AquaTreds on the front driver and passenger sides that we paid $500 for. So I called and a man w a Spanish accent answered and said he did have a pair of regular tires (used) and was quoted $70-80. I then tell me fiance that I found a place and he left (on lunch break) and arrived around 1pm. My fiance kept talking about our nice AquaTreds and wanted those put on the back and new ones put on the front. My fiance said there were two men working (one caucasian and the other of hispanic descent) and while all tires were on they went to other customer before lowering the jack and had to wait 10+ mins to pay. My fiance gets home and we are looking at all the tires together when we both discovered our mate to our AquaTred is GONE and they put our old back tire on where the donut was at!!! I kindly called them today and the worker w an accent (spanish speaking) acted like he didn't know what I was talking about. I told him what kind of car we had, that is was wrecked on driver's side and had a donut on it, etc. He said that they don't keep any of the tires but never offered to let us haul it off and I was giving him the benefit of doubt that they simply messed up. The guy hung up on me and won't answer my calls and I can't even leave a voicemail bc it's not set up! We just want our expensive tire back! He wouldn't even go look for me! I feel like me and my fiance were SCAMMED! It took a long time to save up for those AquaTreds! This is NOT RIGHT AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! WHO DOES THIS?!?!

worst place ever never go back 70 bucks for 2 used tires and belt was broke in 1 and other had a plug left shimmy all over road went back 3 freakin times they were just bad tires all the owner wanted to do is switch to back not try different tires so yeah got screwed on that one so beware

Have used on numerous occasions, they are honest and dependable. The prices are affordable and they do a great job. Would Recommend.
