Dockery Floorcovering

This place has the worst excuse for customer service that I have ever encountered. Employees completely ignored me when I walked in. I was forced to wander around from room to room in search of the product I'd come in for. There were signs up advertising a sale on tile that was going on through the end of the month, but there were no prices on anything. When I called out across the store to ask if anyone could help, the man who finally came to assist me didn't seem to understand his product catalog & couldn't tell me the cost of what most interested me. He did find my 2nd choice item in the catalog; however, when I asked whether that was the regular or sale price, he told me that it was the same. The man told me that they put up signs but there IS NO ACTUAL SALE! This is business fraud, a prosecutable offense. The whole strange experience makes me wonder whether the store might be a front for some other product/service that does not include floor coverings...
