The Southern General is a gourmet sandwich shop and bar located in the heart of Johns Island, South Carolina offering traditional sandwiches paired with crafted alternatives, creative bar snacks, a diverse beer list, rotating wine selection, and a relaxed family atmosphere. Entire menu available until 1am Friday and Saturday nights with Happy Hour daily from 4-7pm and from 10pm-2am Friday and Saturday. Daily sandwich and salad specials with all items available for take-out.
