He (David) arrived about 45 minutes BEFORE the ETA. When we discovered the tow-hook for the Boxster was missing he spent about 5 minutes rummaging through his truck till he had two: one for the purpose and one to leave for me.

I can't vouch beyond this one experience, but this exceeded my expectations, especially given the prior ratings.

Very shady company. Employs addicts and alcoholics. Does not get his drivers approved by his insurance. Constantly and consistently get infraction and citations from D.O.T. Robinson Adams is a crook. The take no responsibility when property damage occurs due to equipment failure from lack of proper maintenance and or disrepair.

Chevrolet Roadside assistance used these guys when I was stranded with a flat, after waiting for an hour and 30 minutes they called them and got a response that the company didn't get the fax and it would be ANOTHER 60-80 minutes past the original estimate of the same. Called them directly and a rude man would not even listen to the question about whether someone could be here sooner when it's getting dark and I am in a remote area. He kept yelling at me that I needed to call Allstate....I don't even HAVE Allstate insurance. Very unsympathetic and nasty on the phone....would never use them privately and will request not to have them as our "provider" if ever needed in this area again

Do not use this company. they are shady and will take advantage of you. They are a bunch of drunks and druggies. They will convince you to have your vehicle stored on their lot and then charge outrageous towing and storage fee. And will refer you to a repair shop that has no certified mechanics. Big mistake to use these guys. If you want and need a reliable towing company. Call AZ TOWING or Arundel towing.

No use making a reservation I guess. I called one day ahead because I wanted a flatbed and needed to have my car at the mechanic at a certain time. He told me that a truck will pick up between 4 and 7pm. I waited at my window from 4 to 6:50. No one called to let me know if he was on the way so I called to see if they still had the reservation. She still had it but told me they were really busy and the truck would be out for a while. I asked if I should call another company and she said yes. WOW 3 hours wasted.

k and r is a very reliable towing service and they are very qucik at a great price. staff is also very friendly I highly recommend to everyone. :) 5 stars
