Willow Rose

I am shocked to see this supposed high star rating for this facility, whether it be from 2013 or current. From personal experience and many I have spoke to, this facility is the lowest of low in Jersey County. I have had many tell me they would never leave their loved one there - wish I had have know that years ago!

You are a very big part of the solution for me. You exude serenity and inner peace which I was able to absorb from you. Heaven knows I needed it and will always keep it in my heart. What I press into this card is a long friendship between us & inner peace for us. I will stay in contact so I can continue to get “Char fixes” throughout my recovery. I do want to return on my year birthday & would love to be a speaker at the Thurs Meeting. Can you save me a bed? Always share your laugh with others. It has a healing effect that I needed so much. I thank God for you and the program.

I want to write this note to let you all know how much of an impact my 60 days stay has had on my life. A year ago, I could have never envisioned the life that I have today. Tomorrow, I will have a year of sobriety. I do not think I realized the true meaning of surrender and life being unmanageable until I had maybe six months of sobriety. HOWEVER, the reason I was able to come to that was my family loved me enough to set up my stay at The Rose. Thank you all for the beginnings to the change of my better life. I think of all of you often.

My time here at The Rose has been a life changing experience and it is gratitude that I feel to each and every one of you. I cannot even begin to put into words the impact all of you have had on my life. Who knew we could have this much fun sober? I know that no matter where I am and no matter how sad I may feel, I can close my eyes, think of all the amazing times with you women, and smile. All my life I have wanted a sister. God answered my prayers and gave me all of you – the best sisters anyone could ask for.

Thank you sooo much for all of your help. I really appreciate all your skills as counselors. I needed your to the point techniques to make me aware of how I was not pointing the finger at me. The first 30 days was so helpful in bringing a lot of issues to my attention and I'm so thankful I took the next 30 days to work them out.

I have stayed sober since I left The Rose. What a gift. I am trying to go to at least 1 meeting a day. I have found a sponsor and I have gotten the coffee commitment at a women’s meeting down in Corona Del Mar. My health is improving and I am getting better every day. I miss you guys and I love you.

Thank you soooo much. I really appreciate the staff and their skills. You all are in the perfect job to help others and with getting me on the road to recovery. Char is such an elegant lady & loving person. I know you truly care about me – it shows in everything you do.

When I came to The Rose, I was filled with shame, guilt, and resentments. The causes were identified at The Rose and being able to work on them in the Rose was a blessing.

The Rose sincerely cared about me and helped me immensely with my issues. The staff there always made my heart feel full. You all are made for this job and do an excellent job at it. I will miss you a lot but I do plan on keeping in touch. You all are very valuable to me.

Thank you all, every one of you, for all the help and love you have given me during my stay at The Rose. I would not have made it without you. Several of you have held my hand, prayed with me, and comforted me when I had some bad times. I really appreciate that support when I most needed it.

I loved every minute at The Rose. I have received so much from the staff here and quite frankly you saved my life. How can I fail my Rose-Sisters? You changed my life forever. I truly love you!
