Basically, this place wrecked my car. I went here to replace dim headlights, instead I now have two crooked headlights dangling about a half inch out of the frame like some mad max junkyard jalopy. When I went back again to have them fix what they messed up, instead of reinstalling the lights correctly, they just added two bolts so a day later everything’s back to shaking all over the place, still crooked, with a giant gap in between the body and lights. It was also very, very expensive, I figured they would at least do a good job based on the price and reviews but guess again…

I called and setup an appointment with Dave who was very helpful over the phone. He was also incredibly friendly in person, he did a great job of describing the work they planned to do, and answering my questions. I dropped my car off for them to troubleshoot my front speakers and a non-working horn. They ended up rewiring my horn to a new button because the horn pad in the steering wheel shorted out. In addition, they replaced my two front speakers. They did all this work quickly and at a great price. I’d definitely go back for any future work, and I highly recommend them!

I came to Professional Sound & Security Systems to get the stereo replaced. I purchased the unit from Walmart. The stereo was replaced in 30 minutes without any hassle. The store has a nice place to sit while the crew does their work.



The owner of the store is a nice gentleman too. Very nice to talk too, and would never try to sell you extra stuff (like most auto shops do). Conversation with the owner revealed that most of the clients are very high net worth people. At the same time, the price that I was charged was the lowest I could find in the whole of jersey city for replacing car stereo.



I was also looking to get my tires replaced. I asked him if he would replace them. He said that he could replace them, but it would be cheaper for me to go to Sears/Costco. Impossible to find such honest business people these days.



If my car ever needs a service that they offer, that is the only place I would go to.
