HATED IT! TURN BACK WHILE YOU STILL CAN! If you're looking to waste your money then go right ahead. The school has no respect.

I have been training for two years now and some. 6x a week. I am in the best shape I ever was. FFMMA has a well balanced Adult program. The dojo is very organized and clean with a positive atmosphere. Both Masters are very experienced and impressive. They dedicate themselves in getting you in shape, achieving your goals, advancing your skill level, giving guidance and emphasizes values, life skills, and successful living. The staff is friendly, energetic, respectful, and informative. The dojo is very family oriented. You meet great people and become a family at the dojo. The prices are very reasonable. Various transportation is accessible to the school. I would highly recommend FFMMA to everyone. Come in and give it a try. I have become addicted and dedicated to martial art training. FFMMA is outstanding. True, genuine, honest and no gimmicks!!!

I have done a few things with martial arts, but never could afford to go to a school. She told me that she had a buddy pass, I was elated.



I had butterflies, and as I entered everyone treated me like I was apart of the schools family. The class was intense but I listened to the masters and I did my best to show how honored I was to be there.



After the instructions, the Masters life lesson was full of wisdom. Since that day Cheryl and I have been training once a week and has been time that I cherished bonding with her.



I really wish I had the money to attend this school because its something that has recharged my batteries in life.

Been taking MMA for a little over a month now and i cannot say better things about this program or school. It is family orientated, fun, respectful, disciplined and body conditioning. I am an adult who takes the adult program. Only thing that i regret is that i should have started years ago. I look forward to each class and cannot wait for the next. I would recommend this school to the adults and parents for their children.

Excellent school, clean, reliable and teaches value and discipline. Master Vin, Master Mike and his staff are very courteous and friendly. Highly recommended for any child and they also have a great mix martial arts program for adults.

Are the classes expensive?

My son attends Family Fitness Martial Arts and he has become more confident. This is because of the great staff giving him personal attention and support throughout the learning process. They incorporate traditional Martial Arts and fun activities to engage him. I am very impressed with their approach to "graduation day". On that day students are tested to earn their new belt and families are welcomed to video tape this moment. When it is done the student receives a trophy or medal for their individual hard work in addition to their belt. My son has become extremely motivated by their approach to acknowledge his hard work not only in their class but at school and at home. I highly recommend this program for parents with children seeking outside inspiration!!!!

I started the Thai Kickboxing on 4/1/08 and I have to say it is phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!! I've struggle with cellulite all my life and have tried various programs, diets, gyms, regular kickboxing classes, to no avail. I've even consider going under the knife, But in only 5 weeks I have seen the biggest improvement in my body especially on my legs, bottom and thighs that has made the thought of surgery obsolete. Who would of known that at the age of 36 I can feel and look like an athlete. Also let me add that not only is the place super clean but the staff is personable, professional and extremely motivating. You must come try one of the classes to understand my excitement.
