The Apollo staff is dishonest, childish and disrespectful.



They advertised false lower price for Audi A4. Price was actually $3000 more than the price they advertised on cars.com.



On 9/26/15 while I was at their car lot, a staff member suggested I leave deposit to reserve said vehicle as he claimed he would look for better loan rate in the coming business week. Without being advised, the car was sold that following week.



On same date (9/26/15) at same location I witnessed blatant disrespect and vitriol from the staff member I communicated with, toward a Afro American customer that had recently purchased a vehicle from them. After this customer exited the office, this staff member proceed to express to me how much he did not want to see or care to communicate with that customer, as he has already made a sale and gotten his money.



On 10/17/15 upon returning to their lot and requesting a refund on my deposit, this particular staff member especially, attempted to make me the object of his childish disrespect several times that day. It was as if he was looking for a fight and wanted me to hit him, all with a stupid grin on his face.



If you are a black person, find a dealership owned and operated by blacks, and/or start your own car dealership. The Apollo staff (used very loosely) does not respect black people, they only pretend to in hopes of making a sale, and until they get our money.

The prices they advertise are really almost double if you read the fine print. Almost wasted a trip to go here. Also they said the vehicle had one owner but the CarFax says 3. Lying scammers.

Definitely a must that you use this facility for all your vehicle purchases and repairs. The owner Mo extremely hands on and prices are the besy in New Jersey. Not only does he guarantee a great outcome but he teaches his customer about that particular problem and the best solution!!! The staff is very knowledgable and courteous. Vickie the receptionist is excellent!!! Check them out you or your pockets will not regret it.
