These people are both friendly and professional. My Wurlitzer piano hadn't been tuned in years but we called and set an appointment for them to come look at it. Mr. Herman spent about two hours tuning the piano and fixing the stuck keys. Then right after he left I noticed that a couple of the notes warbled, so we called them and set another appointment and he came to fix the problem for free. My piano sounds great now. I wish I would have thought to give him some gas money because they drove a ways to get here. Great service!

Travis Jenkins has refurbished my Steinway Model O, built in 1904. The care, detail and expertise that Travis brought to this instrument is phenomenal. I have never met a better craftsman. If your goal is to restore your piano to the most historically accurate version of what it was the day it was completed, then Travis Jenkins is who you are looking for. Steinway restoration would have done a great job, but it would have been a "new" Steinway. "New" is not better or worse, but it's not what I was looking for. Thank you Travis and Cynthia!!
