I'm Paul, I own and operate this business. In response to Russonita's review, the car she rode in is not "rickety" it is older but in great shape. It was not dirty or smelly, it never is. This taxi has cloth seats, the bottom of the back seat is removed once a week and cleaned under, and all seats are cleaned with an upholstery cleaner. This was done the day prior to her trip. She didn't tip at all as she stated and when we arrived at the airport, I asked if they had all belongings and then I checked the back seat before leaving. The real issue with her is SHE lost her keys, waited over a week to contact me, I told her I would pull the back seat out and check again ,if the keys were there I would call her back. I looked again and no keys. When she called the next day I explained this to her. She started speaking loudly telling me to look again, I had to raise my voice because she would not stop talking. Yes I hung up on her, I had no choice. She then started calling over and over again until I had to block her number. I'm sorry she lost her keys but they were not in my taxi. Customer service is now, and always has been my first priority. Thanks and call me for great customer service!
Driving a smart car has its perks, but when you don't need a key to start the car, and only a button, you may forget the keys from time to time. On our road trip through Kentucky, Tennessee, and further south to New Orleans, we left our keys in La Grange, KY and drove 78 miles out to Sonora, KY. Pulling off to get gas, we realized that we couldn't turn the car back on without the keys inside the vehicle. We called Paul and without any trouble, Paul drove our keys out to us at a gas station along 65. He was so friendly and very helpful. Paul definitely saved the day!!! No hassles from Paul :)
I am a customer who has been using Paul's service regularly for years. He has NEVER BEEN rude or late. He has always arrived on time, and is always happy and friendly. I happen to know that these negative reviews were placed by a COMPETITOR who is trying to hurt Paul's ratings. If you look at reviews for other cab companies, you will notice these same user names placing reviews on other companies too. Most of them are negative, except for the ones placed for this person's own company. I didn't wish to name that company here in a public forum, but you will see for yourself.
