Womancare

When I went in to the office for my first appointment after finding out I was pregnant I was treated very poorly! My medical needs were neglected due to Dr. Grady stating that testing was not "cost effective due to my insurance possibly not covering proper testing." Therefore since my insurance possibly wouldn't cover the tests I needed, he would not do anything at all. I felt rushed after he was in the exam room after 5 minutes of speaking with me, and the office didn't have many patients at all. When I called to cancel my follow up appointment in a month I told them I was switching to a different provider, the assistant didn't even inquire on the reason why. Not only have they lost myself as a patient but my mother and sister as well! They seemed very insincere and only concerned of running a lucrative business.

Although their midwives come recommended, the office staff, billing and insurance department are a nightmare! They lose files, file insurance incorrectly and don't return urgent phone calls. Go somewhere else!

I started going to WomanCare when I found out that I was pregnant. My midwife, Damara Jenkins, sent me for an ultrasound at 10 weeks where I found out I was having a miscarriage. I had the option to let things progress naturally or have a d&n. I opted for the latter. Dr. Ronald Wright performed the surgery at Clark Memorial. Despite the tragedy I experienced I will still be going here for all of my woman needs. Everyone is so understanding and supportive, from the nurses to the ultrasound tech to the midwives and doctors. They all made a horrible circumstance bearable. I would recommend them to any woman for all of your needs.

I go to woman care for my personal needs, my Doctor is Dr. Christopher Grady, I would highly recommend Dr. Grady too anyone who needs a good doctor., I concider him too be 1 of the best., He will sit down with you and explain too you what he is going too do, he's easy too talk too if you have questions about anything.,

I started going to Womancare a few years ago after being turned away from another OBGYN due to insurance problems. Not only did they accept my insurance but they gave me the best care you could hope for. The wait to see the doctor was vey short and the entire staff was loving and affectionate!! They explain every detail to you as a person, none of that medical talk none of us understand!!!!! If you want the best care and most advanced technology known then womancare is your place!!! I highly recomend them!!!!!!
