        Overall

        RIP OFF. They overcharge you for your tax return, regulary make mistakes on your forms and either forget to file it altogether or forget to file additional forms. Even with purchasing that tax guarantee that they offer, they would not honor it and blamed us for their mistake. Not worth a red penny. Will NEVER GO BACK.
