CVS Pharmacy

I was told my prescription was almost ready and they would call over the PA when it was ready. After waiting 20 minutes, I went back to the counter to complaint that I thought 20 minutes was not under the definition of "almost ready." She looked in the box and it was there ready and waiting, but they had not called my name out. I complained and was not even given an apology.

The pharmacist decided he could play doctor and deny my medications even though they have been filled at many CVS locations across the country. I intend on contacting corporate headquarters and notifying them that this pharmacy and pharmacist has violated my rights as a patient.
