Pitiful!



Store in Jeffersonville, IN is the worst. Associates there have no clue how to answer questions, work in slow motion and not very professional in looks. There was a young male there who scratched his (greasy) head and back the whole time he was working with my phone..scratch and touch my phone, scratch and touch my phone! Ewwww. The female associate has no energy.



They also sold me a crappy phone so I could make the switch for AT&T transfer. I had NO problems with my old phone and service, nothing but problems once I switched. The phone’s touch screen died after only a month. Voicemail wouldn’t set up correctly, you have to dial whole phone numbers now, even for local calls. I had to visit the Jeffersonville and Clarksville stores a total of 6 times in one month, call customer service twice and then send in my phone for repair/exchange.



The repair/exchange was supposed to be in “less than 5 days” per Cricket’s phone message. On the sixth day, I still had no phone. I confirmed delivery and then called customer service. The phone indeed had been received (6 days ago) but not even checked in yet!!! So, they will overnight me a new one but no deliveries on the weekend so add another 2-3 days. Then, they deliver to my home address and want a signature, and I’m at work so I have to wait 1-2 MORE days to get my phone. Overall, their “less than 5 days” will be about 10 days when all is said and done.



So NOT IMPRESSED with this transfer due to AT&T buyout and more not impressed with crappy store associates who have no clue and no motivation.
