I got a basic manicure with my own nail color. The service was friendly. I'm not very chatty, but my nail technician was very sweet and we did have a little conversation. She did a great job nipping the cuticles, and I only had one sore spot the next day. I have hardworking hands, so I know they look atrocious when I present my hands at their work station. The service cost $15, but I feel that the hand/wrist massage could have been a little longer. They do accept walk ins, time permitting, but they prefer appointments. I called at 4:30 and requested 5:30, and they were able to schedule me for 6 pm the same day. I feel that was very reasonable. I did arrive about 15 minutes early and they were able to put me at a work station before my scheduled appointment time. Bottom line: Good service, great results, decent price. I would go there again.
I do not recommend this place for shellac or the gel polish. Its kind of a hit or miss on if they do a good job. When they do a good job, we can get the polish to last two weeks. When we get rushed through (because there are only like 3 employees. One I never see, One only knows how to do pedicures, and the other does the nails) If they're really busy, we usually get rushed through and the polish will start peeling before the 1st week is even over. If they do a good job, It will last two weeks. Before the gel polish I used to get fake nails, and I never had any issues with those. Pedicures there are good too. Just something to think about and remember.
