        Great folks... Big O said I needed $1500 in repairs to fix front end to pass inspection.. Car guys fixed what NEEDED to be done and I was out the door inspected for less than $400. Honest people that do good work. I've never heard anyone say that about Big O!

        My family and I have gone to "the car guys" for auto service for several years now and they're great. I drive semi-older inexpensive vehicles so I require a good mechanic. Steve Scherr has always taken good care of me and I have complete trust in him.

        Save yourself some time, money and headaches and go to ANYONE else. I would this rat hole 0 stars but 1 star is as low as it would go. Their customer AND repair services are TERRIBLE. I went to get a diagnostic and they told me my car needed a thermostat. Couple weeks later took it back to get fixed, they claimed they had fixed it and when I picked the car up it still did the same thing that I originally to it to them to repair. Long story short I have given them 3 tries to get it right, now they say I owe them an extra $75 (on top of the $200.00 I paid to originally get it fixed...AND IT NEVER WORKED!) and I either pay them the money or take them to court to get my car back....UNBELIEVABLE!
